Shohei joined WiL in 2022 to manage accounting, tax, and portfolio management for WiL’s Japan office, in addition to providing accounting and tax support for portfolio companies among other areas of expertise.
Prior to WiL, Shohei provided accounting and tax compliance advisory services for global companies at TMF Group and Ernst & Young. Shohei also worked at TMF’s headquarters in the Netherlands and their Sydney office, where he supported structured finance and Japan-related services.
Shohei holds a B.S. in Business Administration (Accounting and Finance) from California State University, East Bay.
