Anushree Bera

Anushree joined WiL in 2022 as a Director of Finance & Platform. She focuses on finance, accounting and reporting for the Fund operations at WiL.

Anushree began her career with Deloitte as a Management Consultant and an Indian Audit Firm where she moved up to be a Partner and started the Internal Audit practice for the firm. She has lived and worked in many countries leading a diverse portfolio of clients on process optimization and transformation projects across multiple Fortune 500 companies.

Prior to joining WiL, Anushree led the Finance Systems team at RingCentral Inc. and drove strategic go-to-market and global expansion initiatives for the company. Prior to RingCentral, she was an Advisory Manager with PwC leading transformation engagements for many of the top tech companies in Silicon Valley.

Anushree is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and holds a dual MS in Accounting and Information Systems from Bowling Green State University. She is also an international award-winning artist and was a former competitive sprinter.
