As a student, Yamato interned at startups in both Japan and the United States. After graduating, he founded and raised funds for a company in Indonesia, which was acquired by C Channel in 2016. After becoming the CEO of C Channel Indonesia, Yamato launched its influencer platform business in Indonesia and expanded the business to Japan. After stepping down as CEO in 2022, Yamato has been focused on blockchain business projects and leveraging his experience to provide support to other startups.
