Naomi Hasegawa

Naomi oversees WiL’s Japan office operations. She works across departments to ensure our organization runs smoothly.

Her ability to see the big picture comes from her varied career experience across marketing PR, recruitment media advertising, and HR management and operations.

Before WiL, she worked for Recruit Group, where she specialized in group company consolidation.

Naomi’s ability to create seamless mergers comes from her own cross-discipline experience. She understands the foundational elements needed for synergy. Her specialty is developing management systems that support the original company’s corporate values and respect the new organization's vision of long-term growth.

Naomi holds a BA in Chinese Literature from Ochanomizu University. She is a wine and sake connoisseur and a Chinese medicine dietitian.
