Milana Kuzmanovic

At WiL, Milana focuses on venture and growth fund investing and driving strategic initiatives at the management company level.

Prior to joining WiL in 2021, Milana was a management consultant at McKinsey & Company where she worked on various projects such as large-scale corporate transformations and carve-outs. Prior to McKinsey, she was a research analyst at the IMF Institute for Capacity Development (ICD), where she focused on creating and delivering online training in economic management to officials of the IMF's member countries. She started her career as an analyst at Citigroup Global Markets Japan where she developed her love for structured products and all the math behind them.

Milana received her B.A. from Wellesley College, and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. In her free time, she enjoys reading and learning how to play golf.
