At WiL, Joo-Lee focuses on venture and growth fund investing.
Joo-Lee started her investing career at the Government of Singapore Investment Corporation (GIC) San Francisco, where she invested across buyouts, energy, natural resources, secondaries and venture. She was one of the four founding members of the Technology Investing Group, a standalone venture and growth team that invested in VC funds, start-ups and public tech companies.
She started her career at McKinsey & Company after completing dual Masters degrees in Management Science and Economics & Social History from the University of Oxford, where she attended as a Rhodes Scholar. In addition, she holds a Bachelors in Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
