Clifford Cohn

Cliff focuses on direct investments in SaaS, Retail & Commerce, Gaming, and Emerging Technology. Prior to joining WiL, Cliff was at Lazard, advising mature and growth stage technology companies on M&A, capital raises, JV formation, and other strategic initiatives.

Cliff also spent several years abroad building global operational expertise. At Google Australia, he led app developer partnerships for the AU/NZ region, and at Google Japan, he was part of a global strategy and operations team, leading projects around new product development, market entry, and RevOps. Prior to Google, Cliff spearheaded growth initiatives and content strategy for domestic Japanese ecommerce apps at Rakuten.

Cliff holds a B.A. in Economics from Vanderbilt University, an M.A. in International Studies from the University of Pennsylvania, and an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
